Matching with the Vision 2020 – The Global Initiative for the Elimination of Avoidable Blindness Al-Basar International Foundation, Bangladesh Sector, implemented four Free Cataract Surgery Eye Camps in 2016. These were as follows:
In the year 2016, we could successfully launch four charitable eye camps in four different districts in Bangladesh. In these eye camps, we screened 21700 patients, performed cataract operation of 2155 patients and dispensed eyeglasses to 5940.

Manikgonj- October 2016.
